We received great service from our stay from start to finish. The staff overall couldn't have done anymore. Slight problem with our door thats why it's not 5 stars. But the food. Price of drinks and value for money for our complete stay was excellent! Very friendly staff! Manager to receptionist and bar staff!

Lovely hotel. Staff were always courteous. We had booked the Brontë suite and it did not disappoint. Only thing we did not have were the slippers, but that isn’t even a negative. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic.

Very warm welcome by reception, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was good, covid guidelines were followed and overall a very good experience, we would defenitely go back and would recommend to anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable hotel in a good location for walking around the town.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! sanitiser at frequent points around the whole hotel, one way system in restaurant and bar! Rooms were beautiful and clean! Second time staying and will definitely be back again!

Both my partner and I very much enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. From the warm friendly staff to the service provided. Our room had everything one would want for in terms of comfort to the fully access bathroom. We opted for breakfast in the mornings during our stay. The staff were great and the food was 1st class and the kitchen very kindly catered for anything you would ask for. Should we get the chance to visit that part of the country again. We would without hesitation book another stay at this great hotel. Great room, friendly staff, top notch service and wonderful food. Best place to stay when visiting Enniskillen.

The staff in the hotel ,we're super efficient, friendly very pleasent, the bedrooms were perfect, beds comfy lovely shower evening meal delicious, and breakfast superb ,absolutely could,by fault this hotel 10 of of 10 all round

Booked two rooms here for our family and was not disappointed. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean with everything you need. All breakfast items were served which was fine but we did miss having the ability to choose our own. Food however was good. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was good with big portions and the house wine was good. The one area which stood out most for me was how friendly and helpful the staff are including reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and those serving breakfast.

Had a fantastic couple of nights. Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend this hotel if staying staying in the area. Food lovely. Would definitely stay here again.
