Hotel Policies

What are the check-in and check-out times for the Hotel & Motel?

Guests can check-in at the Hotel from 3 pm, check-out is set at 11 am.
Guests can check-in at the Motel from 4 pm, check-out is set at 12 noon.

Is it possible to request an early check-in or late check-out?

Please contact the hotel directly to explore the options available as this can vary depending on occupancy levels.

Can I bring my pet to The Enniskillen Hotel & Motel?

We welcome responsible dog owners, dogs are charged at £20 per stay. 

To respect the sensitivities of our other visitors we make the following requests

  • Any dogs showing aggressive or dangerous behaviour or being a nuisance to other guests or dogs will be asked to leave immediately.
  •  All pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
  •  Dogs are not to be left alone at any time within accommodation or grounds.
  • Please have your poo bags with you at all times when out and about. We have plenty of spare bags at reception if you need them!
  • The Enniskillen Hotel and Motel reserves the right to ask that any dog is removed from The Hotel at any time.
  • The Hotel does not accept liability for any loss, damage or illness to dogs.
  • The Hotel staff will not give any assistance with the care and cleaning up after dogs or providing their food, bedding, or bowls.
  • Your accommodation will not be serviced if the dog is inside.
  • We cannot accommodate any animals other than dogs.
  • All dogs must be house-trained
     

What is your smoking policy?

We provide a designated smoking area for our guests. Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Do you offer free parking at the Hotel & Motel?

We provide complimentary parking for our guests in a convenient location near local amenities.

Do you have free wi-fi?

Yes, our guest rooms and public areas are equipped with complimentary wi-fi.

How is breakfast served?

Breakfast is provided through table service and we offer our guests a delicious and varied menu.

Is it possible to add Breakfast on arrival?

Breakfast can be added on arrival with an additional fee of £12.50pp, per day.

Payment and Cancellation

Is it possible to cancel my booking?

Please ensure you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your arrival to avoid incurring a full charge.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and cash as a form of payment.

Room Information

What is the difference between the Superior and Classic rooms in the Hotel?

Our Superior rooms are slightly larger than our Classic rooms and are equipped with a rainfall shower.

What is the difference between booking a room in the Hotel or Motel?

Our 3-star Motel rooms offer a budget-friendly option for our guests. As a result, they are slightly smaller in size compared to our Hotel rooms. Additionally, our Hotel rooms offer more amenities, including a kettle, ironing board, and iron.

Which Hotel rooms have baths?

Our Superior twin rooms and Bronte Suite have a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Please make staff aware of your preferences when booking so we can ensure you are allocated to the correct room type.

Are cots available?

Subject to availability, a cot can be added to your room for an additional charge of £10.
